In case you weren't aware, I'm quite the celebrity around here. Two months in a row my picture has made it into the base's magazine. No, no... I'm not dating anyone famous. I didn't get a DUI nor am I on my way to rehab. I didn't adopt 7 orphans from Africa. BUT I am a frequent diner at the restaurants on the base, which is all you need to get your photo taken.

Neither of these photos even warranted a caption with my name, and no one has asked for my autograph, but it is fun to see myself in print. Even if BOTH photos are of me with food. June was me at a buffet. Holding two plates. July is of me ordering a breakfast burrito. Does this make me a fatty? I think not.
